Flexible House Cleaning Schedule That Will Work For You

One of the most difficult things we face as homemakers is figuring out an effective schedule for cleaning our house that will actually work. There is a myriad of designs and methods available!

But many of them are just too complex or simply not appropriate for our way of life or circumstances. So, we found an approach to make an easy house-cleaning schedule that has worked really well for us, and we'd like to give it to you as well: loop scheduling!

Loop scheduling can do a variety of great things for you and your home cleaning schedule:

  • Easy to set up and use
  • Flexible and easy to alter when you discover the things that work and what doesn't.
  • Completes your tasks while not putting you under pressure.
  • It simplifies your work
  • Never be behind.

Brainstorm Your Tasks for Your House Cleaning Schedule

Get a piece of paper and begin to brainstorm ideas. List all the things that you have to complete each day (or, at the very least, what you think you ought to accomplish each day).

You could also add items that aren't particularly clean, but you'd like to accomplish daily in order to make your home run more smoothly, including the task of planning meals.

Check off the tasks you routinely do from habit and don't require to write down on a list. You can have up to six tasks at a maximum, but that's not a bad thing. It's your daily to-do list!

The daily Do's do not have to be the same as a looping schedule. They are the brief list of tasks that you must complete every day to create a more efficient and well-organized home. Make a list of things that you find difficult to complete each day but that you want to tackle. If you're struggling with your household chores right now, do not fill all the spaces! Begin with a couple of 2 or 3 spots and build on it later.

House Cleaning Schedule Loop

Think about the tasks you'd like to accomplish at home every month or week. These aren't the things you'd do every day, but you would like to make sure that they are completed. These are the things that are often left unfinished and can leave us feeling overwhelmed.

There are 10 tasks you can select for your loop. It's a good thing, as it's planned. One reason why our complex checklists and systems for cleaning our homes don't work is that they're too complicated. Let's get ourselves set to be successful!

After you've compiled your list, mark those items that should be completed more than once within the course of a two-week time. Then, you'll add multiple instances to yours. It's the idea that every day, you complete your normal tasks, and then you'll add one or two things that you have on your looping list.

  • Laundry room should be organized and cleaned
  • Deep clean bathrooms
  • Mop downstairs floors
  • Clean clothes drawers
  • Closets that are tidy
  • Dust
  • Mop downstairs floors
  • Sort toys
  • Clean bedrooms and changing linens
  • Clean mirrors and windows

This is the way to go! This is a wonderful routine that is daily and loops regularly. It will make your home cleaning routine sing. If you don't make it to a particular day because of illness or simply fall off the wagon of house cleaning for a few days, but it's okay! Simply start again and get to the next task. You're never late.
